The operators at the call center are nice and helpful. I have to drive around with a child a lot, so I really appreciate that the “Ekonom Taxi” cars never have a tobacco smell in the salon and are always clean and fresh.

I’m not from Baku, but lately I had to get a taxi from the airport there late at night and, honestly, I didn’t expect it to come so soon. Driver even helped me to put my luggage in the boot. The ride was excellent. Certainly will use this service again!

Yesterday was the first time (and not the last, for sure) that I ordered a taxi at the “Ekonom Taxi”. The company declares itself as the one offering high-quality service at reasonable prices, and, as far as I can tell, that is quite an exact description. The staff’s attitude towards clients is very polite, almost reverent. Operators and drivers are very respectful, and the cars – clean, fresh and in very good order.

The service is very good, that’s no doubt, but the prices – even better! Because of them, I’ve actually used this service for the first time and because of those same prices I’m now a regular at the “Ekonom Taxi”. I mean, why use “a good, but too expensive” service or “a terrible, but at least a cheap one”, when you can have the best of both?
